About Us

Bryon

Bicycles have been my love and passion for practically my entire life. BMX racing dominated almost 25 years, with only a few breaks here and there. Somewhere along the way I also fell in love with mountain biking, especially the climbing and suffering part of it. In the past few years I have discovered bikepacking, and the absolute joy of bike rides that literally last for days!

Becky

Bryon introduced me to biking, after we had April. I started riding around the neighborhood on my fat bike and in the spring Bryon got me a Salsa Fargo. I went on my first bikepacking trip last summer, on the Mickelson Trail and have been hooked on bikes ever since. I participated in my first fat bike race this past winter and can't wait for all the adventures on bikes that lie ahead for our little family.

April

April is our 21 month old daughter! April has travelled over 5000 miles between her Burley Cub and Burley Solo. April enjoys long gravel rides in the summer months and snowy rides with her Burley ski kit in the winter. She loves singing in her Burley, swimming, and sleeping in late, on bikepacking adventures.

  1. Hi guys, amazing stories, wonderful blog!!!

My husband and I are also considering getting a trailer. How do you compare the cub vs solo? I would think that the cub is better for off-road pursuits but I see you have used a lot the solo off-road.

What are your recommendations on this? Thanks a lot, Palas
